Neck pain refers to any pain related to the cervical regardless of its cause Regardless of the cause, neck pain refers to each cervical in the neck, followed with other associated symptoms such as headache, dizziness, neuralgia etc. Neck pain is divided into three topographic groups: the higher neck, neck to the waist and the lower neck. Each one has its own cause. The higher neck, commonly referred to as "office syndrome" is usually caused by fatigue syndrome Atlas. The average neck pain is usually caused by damage (hernias) to A4-A5-A6 discs. The lower neck pain is caused by damage (hernias)to C6-C7-T1 discs, trappings of nerve and vessels within the muscle area (Thoracic outlet syndrome, ) and rarely diseases such as lung cancer at its peak on the apex of the lung. The Stress of Atlas Syndrome is the most common cause - disease, which causes higher neck pain as well as occipital headache, or as recently identified as Cervicogenic headache. Back pain is an intense pain in the waist while sciatica is the pain which occurs in the path of the sciatic nerve, which is in the buttocks area, as well as the back surface of the femur and tibia, and sometimes also reaches the toes. Back pain is the most common symptom after a headache. Most of back pains-sciatica is due to small or large joints injuries of the lumbar spine. One small part is due to inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors or diseases to adjacent organs (stomach, intestine, kidney, and ovary) which in turn influence the back area. A large number of back pains, such as ‘sciatica’ are specifically due to the disruption of the intervertebral disc, the herniation disc which is widely known as Rheumatology. Rheumatology is the sector of medicine which deals with the study and research, in the diagnosis and prevention /treatment of rheumatic diseases, ie, non-surgical and non-traumatic disorders of the musculoskeletal system and diseases of connective tissue.
